Get a timer for your lights. He needs a regular day/night schedule.There are currently over 100 panthers in my cham room. from 1 day-4yrs old and nobody sleep walks..... Every light is on a timer

He has a timer and a set day/light schedule. I had to replace it because it died, and the person who was supposed to help with that failed epically. But I promise he has a set schedule.

I found that if I wear him out ( like let him explore the room/photoshoot/ long warm shower) he sleeps better.

If he keeps that up, you may have to put him in time out......I think wearing him out is the best thing to do....this is too funny.

I stayed up all night watching him. He just wakes up and moves to a different spot, its weird. Lol

I reckon it's like humans tossing and turning - something I've been doing A LOT of these days. Maybe he has a million thoughts going through his head.

You could suggest that he count waxworms.
