thanks. i think my local farmers market sells some. is this a good source?
Any bee pollen is the same stuff really, where you buy it from doesn't really matter. Don'y buy tablets though, just what looks like this - http://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk/bee-pollen-grains-500g.html?gclid=CLWQ_q6B0LQCFaTKtAodbg0ATA Look at the picture of the spoon.
Don't forget the leafy greens for more calcium, Rocket (Aragula) is cheap and high calcium. Dandelion is free and quite high too.
