Starting to question if he is ambilobe..

By color and what the breeder had told me, he is 100% Ambilobe. But something tells me through his bars that he may in fact be Sambava. Can anyone help me figure this out?

The jungle panther. That's the name of the company. He is a nice guy from Tennessee that sent me him. this is his sire

The sire looks ambilobe.

As does your baby.

Im not sure why you seem to think he isnt.

Not to mention, he is still very young. his colors and patterns can change as he reaches adulthood.

The sire is ambilobe without a doubt. Does his bars change overtime? Because if so then I believe he is. It's just that bar in the middle of his body that makes a "U" shape had me guessing.

Have you seen the sires from the moms side?

THey do change.

trust me.

My ambi started out blood red with blue bars.

Hes now Orange with purple bars.

They can change color and shape over time. and keep in mind, they can keep changing well into adulthood.
