Staple Feeder? V.S. Treats?

So originally I have going to have super worms, hornworms, and crickets as staple feeders/treats....the worms would be givin every other day. But, after looking through some forums I’ve realized that the supperworms were not to be given as a staple/treat but more of a once a week part of the meal. So my question is can I replace the super worm for a silk worm? Would it be okay to have crickets everyday but have worms switch off every day?

Any advice please? Btw I haven’t gotten my Cham yet so I’m trying to get this right...

Silkworms are a great choice over most worms! Black soldier fly larvae are a even better option and very easy to keep!

Thank you, I will look into buying Black soldier fly larva! One question, so if I feed crickets every day and then every other day of the week I add 1-3 worms. I will add both black soldier fly larva and hornworms at the same time. Is that a good feeding schedule?

Thank you I'm also new to the chameleon world and am happy to hear there are other "easy to keep" feeders I'll check around to see if the black soldier larve are available.
