should i have named her moo??
lol, just wondering what these spots could indicate on my female jacksons

They tend to show that coloration when stressed. Mine are more solid colored when at ease. My younger females show this pattern more often and seem to outgrow it as they mature. I see it in both sexes but more from the youngsters and less confident adults.
I don't have exactly the same species you do but they are closely related.
