Spots in fecal

Has any one seen anything like this? Could it be stray fecal matter that mixed...or should I get a fecal check for parasites. (I'm looking where the poop hits the urate)

Looks like poop with a little bit of dirt on it. Odds are your cage wont pass the white glove test

Um, I don't think we are looking in the right spot.

This is what is concerning me...any ideas?


I don't know if you are trying to be funny, but it didn't work. Some owners are generally concerned over minuscule details concerning their pets. Yes, they(I) over worry, but in the long run, the well being of the chameleon triumphs. I'd rather worry over everything and have a healthy chameleon then blow everything off.

No, I still don't think that is anything to be worried about! The urate looks nice and white too!

I also have another question. What is that light-tan, gelatinous area on the fecal?

The gelatinous part is just mucous. Nothing to worry about usually. I think it looks like a healthy bowel movement.
