Spectrum Eggs

I removed two huge eggs from a wc female spectrum shortly after she expired (5Apr...two days after I bought her). As of today, the eggs still do not smell or have any mold. I am hoping they may be viable, but am trying to be realistic.

I read somewhere on here that some guy in Europe hatched spectrum after more than 250 days? Was that number right?
