My Cham‘s tongue is coming out at half of its length, it a bit red on top not sure if this is normal or he is just too hot. Please somebody tell me what to do now so anxious about it

Your photo isn't clear enough for me to tell what might be going on Does it look swollen?

Could be an infection, injury or even a health/nutrient issue or bug bite.

It is like this for most of the time, but today is different

What's the spray supposed to do?
@SourGrape4u is right there might be a problem with the arm...behpginning of MBD. Tongue issues are also symptoms of MBD.
What specific supplements do you use and how often for each? D3 in them? Calcium, phos, vitamin A (preformed or prOformed) in them?

What do you feed/gutload the insects with?
What specific UVB light do you use?

I know what iodine is for, used it on my sons bearded dragon for tail rot. It helps remove bad bacteria and all. Doctors use it before surgery. Not sure how that helps his tongue though?

I thought the same, bend in arm and tongue issue equals mbd.

I know what iodine is for too...in one form it's needed by the thyroid and in another form for infection...but for a tongue? If it's MBD it won't help that.
