Some questions on Jackson's

How common is it for Jackson's to have retained clutches?(dont know if that's right word because they give live birth)
Does the amount of food you give them affect the amount of babies they have like veilds or panthers?

Could you breed a jackson sooner because the have a long gestation period so by the time they have their babies they would be around 1.5 years old?
(I'm not going to do this I'm just wondering)

No. The age at MATING is important because that's when the risks of injuries during mating (from an over eager adult male), the metabolic load, stress on bones and organs would start for the female.
