I had 10 up until last week. I lost one of my older males. Haven't gotten all the results back but it appears a bacterial infection had made its way into the heart valves. I will post some pics of the necropsy soon.

He did seem slightly dehydrated a couple days before but nothing really unusual. The kidney's were in great shape also.I would have suspected if this had been one of the guys that had been treated for mouth and gum infections that could get into the bloodsteam and eventually to the heart,but this guy never had an infection of any kind. It certainly caught me off guard.
My vet did assure me it was nothing that would affect the rest of my collection.
