Some kid thinking its funny to have a chameleon on a balloon!

No different kid, I wont blame the kid but i will blame the parents for being irresponsible and buying the cham for him. I'm sure he doesn't know wrong from right when it comes to chams. Why cant they buy an iguana or a dog anything but a cham

The kid has another video as well of his cham 'dancing' to Christmas carols....which actually just means being jiggled up in down and in some cases quite abruptly thrown side to side in front of the tv that is showing different Christmas scenes while the poor cham tries to grab onto something in front it for support.....sickening

I just saw the video of the poor cham so called dancing to christmas songs.That kid should have the chameleon taken off him and his folks should be ashamed of themselves for allowing him to do such things like that. They call themselves animal lovers. Pricks

you mean to tell me that its not natural for chams to float around on balloons or dance to christmas tunes? Mine does it all the time and ive seen it on nature shows too. Lol jk. No its pretty brutal what some people subject their chams to while others try to do the best they can.

so true. And really, the person who sold them the cham, was probably someone from petsmart/petco who probably knew that it wasn't the best home for the cham, but was feeling the pressure to make sales. hard to figure out who to blame really... there is always going to be these unfortunate cases. As we all know, most ppl aren't willing to do what it takes to properly care for a cham, but most ppl do see their cute factor. just my 2 cents.

I'm confused - why "anything but a cham" acceptable for someone who's going to treat any animal like this?

Well...he'd need a whole lot more balloons to lift an iguana or a dog. Also, while I don't know about the iguana, I know a dog couldn't hold on like that. I'm sure the kid thought the fact the chameleon held on made it all okay.

I wasn't going to watch it but then Matt's post intrigued me...the video he linked to is just dumb but harmless so I wondered if the problem was being overstated (it was not).

I tried to post a negative comment, but YouTube seems to hate me (I logged into my account and everything). I'll note that every response has been negative. Hopefully that will have an impact on the kid.
