This is a very, very handy unit for chameleon keepers since UVB levels are so important.
I feel that using this over the years has given me a good instinct for when to replace bulbs or not. It has saved me the $219 many times over by not having to replace some lights as frequently as recommended, but has also helped me realize when to change bulbs since that may have burned out too early since bulbs are all individual and burn out at different times, so my chams are getting the UVB they need.
