So today on my lunch break I decide I want to walk in two PetSmart. Well when I get there I go back and I want to get some crickets and I noticed they have hornworms there. So I'm like okay I'll get some. So I'll pick up the box of hornworms and notice that I do not see anything moving in the Box. So I asked the attendant to help me. She comes over and opens the Box at the register. I am about to buy these hornworms for $5. She opens the Box and turns it over and one worm falls out that's right only one worm so I kind of laugh a little and ask what is the deal why is there only one worm in the Box she says"because they are fat and good for your reptile" I said okay but that does not explain why for $5 you were selling one hornworm again she says they are really fat and good for your reptile I said okay will keep your one hornworm for $5 she said I always wonder why we have trouble selling them and I just lmao all the way out the door

They probably just buy them from a place like great lakes hornworm. Then triple the price.

Lol, that's craazy they seriously thought they could sell a caterpillar for $5 lol. I would bet someone like literally stole most of em in their freakin pocket over the manager thinking thats $5 horn worms would ever fly..

I noticed this last time I went to petsmart for crickets. I saw the hornworm boxes and thought to myself, "Hmm, I should try these as a treat for my cham." After looking at the box I saw it said Hornworm and not worms (Plural). I gave it alittle shake and saw one worm fall to the front of the box and put it back. No way was I paying $5 for one worm that looked half dead.
