Is a chameleon sneezing every so often a sign of a respiratory infection?

he may have an obstruction in his nose he is trying clear it by sneezing but i dont but good luck and i hope you find out why he is doing this

They can also be clearing out "snalt".

Do you actually hear a sneeze or do you see it? I ask because it's actually important. If you hear it, it's more likely to be indicative of a problem.
