The best carpet breeder I know is dooley 1 (kevin). He have bred them for several years and knows his stuff. Getting a c/b carpet is a challenge. I have known of carpets advertised as c/b when they were not.
Some cams to look at size wise
multituberculata, great small cham listed in the classified now by seeco- a good quality breeder
Kinyongia Tenuis or Tavetanas both are great small chams but pretty hard to locate. I currently have tavetana, and I would say they are not for the inexpierence keeper.

Trioceros laterispinis
Trioceros sternfeldi
