So, I was browsing the internets and found this cage on LLL:

Would this be a good choice for an outdoor cage? I was originally thinking of just letting him free-range..but we have a lot of predatory birds in this area and I just don't want to risk it. So I figured it would be nice to have a small outdoor cage, just for basking in the warmer weather. It's netted, it can hang from a plant hook and it's reasonably priced.
Opinions?
I am getting a male veiled. His "adult" cage is a 30x18x48, but as a baby, he is living in an 18x18x24 cage.
