Do you have any way to monitor the temperature and humidity in the cage? What kind of cage do you have him in?
Are there any live plants in the cage? And do you have a basking lamp??

NO, you only need to use calcium with D3 once per month.

I'm going to bring your picture forward, maybe someone can identify your chameleon. I'm not good at that unless it's tremendously obvious.

Are you saying it's 5x as hot at the top of your cage as the bottom?

Unless your house gets extremely cold at night, you shouldn't use the heat emitter. Your chameleon will benefit from a significant drop in temperatures at night. I would only use heat if your ambient temperature drops below 55.

While I doubt it is the sole problem, keeping it warm at night is definitely not helping him. I would make that change immediately. In fact, you don't need it during the day. Your basking spot is the only place that needs to be really warm, the bottom of the cage should be room temperature.

That's not bad, but you need to give your crickets fresh fruits and veggies, and either unsalted cracker/sunflower seeds or dry oatmeal. Here is a link to a sandrachameleon's blog about a proper gutload

Alright, it's really important that you get just plain calcium to dust them with,Calcium with D3 is only to be used once a month or you will make him sick.

The best misting schedule is 3-4 times per day, which you are doing well on, however, mist him for at least 3-5 minutes, otherwise he won't get enough water, and this helps with humidity too. Seeing him drink sometimes is good, you may not always see him drink but you can tell if he's dehydrated if the urate (white part of droppings) has a yellow tint to it.

I think that cage may get too small for him, but for now, it will work.

You need to take the 2.0 away, the 5.0 is the only you need for him. Is the heat emitter a light or is it ceramic? It should be a light. Also, leaving it on 24 hours a day is not good for him, he will over heat

His basking spot should be 85,and his night temp should be around 65. Make sure he has a spot where he can cool off during the day, that spot should be around 75 degrees.

His humidity is low, I would recommend getting a live plant to put in there, such as a pathos. And misting longer will also help you, as I said earlier in this post.

I highly recommend using live plants such as pathos, or bamboo, I used a bamboo tree for my cham and he loved it. Keeping a live plant in there is important because it not only helps with humidity, but your cham will eat off of it occasionally.

I would move him away from the vent. Is there an opposite corner w/o a vent in your room? THe A/C can be keeping his temps low.

If you make the changes I suggested, your cham will be a lot happier and healthier. It is really important to know when he fell tho, because if he fell before he started tryin to sleep all the time, he may have hit his head on something. But there is a possibility that his environment is causing him to feel icky and just want to sleep.

Just so you know, what you are doing isn't the worst I have heard of, so don't beat yourself up too much. Just be sure to do what we said.

Just a note on the 2.0 bulb. It's not really a bad bulb. It's designed to be used exactly as he's using it: in conjunction with a 5.0 to provide adequate UVB. It isn't a necessary bulb, but it's not a bad bub.

Typically this board recommends a simple household incandescent (like you can buy at the grocery store). That will provide adequate heat at a tiny fraction of the cost.
