Hello, i was wandering when chams go to sleep they need total dark right?
So if they fall asleep and i turn on the lights in the room and he is still with eyes closed sleeping is that ok? Do i maybe interrupt his sleep? Cuz i need to work in the room...

Light interrupts their sleep and frequently interrupted sleep affects health negatively!

If I turned the lights on in a room you were trying to sleep in would it disrupt your sleep?

Just cover the viv with a blanket and you should be good to go.
