Silkworms

How old should a panther chameleon be before i try to give him silworms or any other kind of food.My cham is only 3 months old so im not sure if i could feed him silkworms yet.

Like any feeder, it depends on the size. You couldn't feed your baby 3/4 inch crickets right now, but the smaller ones are appropriate. Same with silkworms. The general rule is to feed insects that are no larger than the space between their eyes. With silkworms this can be stretched a little bit, since they are soft bodied and go down easily.
