sick veiled chameleon

Howdy.
I have a 6 month old male veiled chameleon. Lately he has been awfully wobbly, he falls off of his branches, and he isn’t climbing as fast/frequently as he used to.

I feed him wax worms, meal worms, & butter worms dusted in calcium with D3 (I only dust 1 worm in this a day.)

I mist him twice a day

I use the fluckers farms 60watt daytime blue heating light for 12 hours every day.

I just recently took the coconut fiber out of the bottom of his cage because I read it harbors bacteria.

I’m upgrading his cage to a large reptibreeze this coming week & I purchased him flexible vines & fake leaves.

I really do not know what to do and I’m scared for my little baby. I’ve attatched photos of him, his lighting/ cage set up & the bulb I’m using.

1. Veiled male, 6mo
2.not often at all
3. I feed him crickets, variety of worms. Probably 8 worms a day. I do not gut load as that is something I just learned about.
4. Calcium D3
5. I use the “little dripper” and he drinks out of it often; it takes him a little while to want to drink though.
6. His shit is solid brown, he has never been tested for a parasite.
7. His cage is glass. Probably around 12x12x25
8.lighting is the 60w fluckers daytime blue heating light.
9. His humidity is kept at 50-55% and the temp at night is usually about 70° and the temp in his basking spot is 85°. I use a digital thermometer.
10. No live plants. Just branches off an aspen tree.
11. His cage is located next to my bed. Not high traffic. However sometimes my cat will stare him down so I have to remove the cat from my room. The top of his cage is 3.5 feet off the ground. He sits on my desk.
12. Northern MN

This is the lighting I use, would this have something to do with his potential MBD?
