He has coccus. Lots of cleaning in my futuregood that you got him to a vet! hope theres nothing wrong, always better to be safe than sorry
Thank you. I was wondering do I need to throw away his live plants or could those be saved?hope he feels better soon!!! sending love and our support!!!
My vet said more then likely he got it from the breeder or the pet store I got him from.I'm curious as to how a captive bred chameleon ends up with these parasites? Do they already have them from birth and it waits for a moment of weakness to attack its host? Going to dig into this...
I will do that ASAPwash and repot them I think but maybe a more experienced member can chime in on that I'm not completely sure
hopefully he'll get used to itLarry hates the meds and has locked his jaw. My female behavior so much better with her meds
The vet wants to now add a med called lactulose/milk thistle/dandelion to support his liver function.hopefully he'll get used to it
He’s doing better today moving around again and got him to eat worms.I will look up the pear thing you mentioned. He has eaten the plants in his cage. Do you think that might have done it??did he ever eat the plants????
