it gets cold in my apartment so i have to keep the heat on to keep there cage at 70 to 80
tempertatues- night 70 min day 80 cooler at bottom of cage but they always both seem to be at the top al the time
humidity- 50% i cant seem to get it higher though i try have added a med waterfall, buying a foger on friday and have a home made dripper from acup with a pin hole on the top

Do you have a digital thermometer with a probe to get accurate temps? That is alot of wattage and you do not want temps above 80. No night light/heat unless you apartment is dropping much below 65 at night. Again, if you have an analog thermometer I would worry about temps being too high-it is easy to cook/dehydrate babies. Ditch the waterfall-they are bad bacterial messes. I would cut handling all together until they are a bit older. Yellow in the poop means dehydration and you need to mist (use warm water-hot out of the tap equals warm mist) several times daily soaking the plants and wetting the babies but not overly so. Your Vet should have been able to sex Veileds. You DO need to supplement as babies. Gutload with sweet potatoes, dark leafy greens (no spinach), apples, oranges, etc.

WOW!! Who sold u babies so young?!! I know the waterfall needs to go- its useless and harbors bacteria. I would get a dripper for a constant H2O source. Where are u from? U should fill that out on your profile as it will help people to give u better advice based on climate etc. I don't think a night light (heat) is necessary unless your bedroom gets below 60F but maybe its differt for babies, someone with more experience will chime in about that, also u should be dusting the crickets there is a scedule on here somewhere for babies, u can find it if u use the search button. Also a great website to check out with alot of important info is http://raisingkittytheveiledchameleon.blogspot.com/

i check the temp quite often its never above 80 thanks bout the info on the waterfall diched it immed after reading that so the home made drippers ok or would u reccomend something else
it try to mist every day 2 ce at least

yes i am putting calcium conditioner in the water im misting them with misting them from a distance bout 10-20 inches away

I am not sure that was designed as a water additive that people should be misting with. I would discontinue in case it is causing eye issues, as well as removing the compact bulb if that is what you have. Both of them could be causing the one to have eye issues.

If you get a chance a picture of your set-up will make it easier to help you.
Those babies are REALLY young to deal with, so much to be aware of, listen to the experts here.
Rather than a fogger, get a cool mist humidifier to help out with the humidity.
Same price and WAYYYY better. (you can find one that will fit a PVC pipe ... do a SEARCH to see what I mean)

C A L C I U M daily on the cricks (no D3) Yes read the kitty blog!

You can do it Canuk! (Ooooooh CaaaaaNaaaDaaaaa ... Yay GSP!)
