Hi everyone!
So lately I've been reading up a lot on free ranging, and I think it might be good for me to start with my panther. The only concern I have is that I've had him about 3 months and he still isn't too happy about handling. I would need to handle him to get him back in his cage (I plan on only FRing when I'm home). I've been trying to take things slow, but due to previous events (long heated story, don't get me started, lol), he will not let my hands anywhere within 5" of him. But I hear FRing helps with socializing them to be more comfortable around you. Should i wait until he is more used to me? or do you think it is better for me to start it sooner?
