Should I decrease D3?

So I have a different setup that a screen cage. I am using a 100W MegaRay on one and and a 160w on another. I do not currently have a solo meter, but both are set up such that the top of their back/crest is at the max safe distance accordingly. Both are set a a 45 degree angle. There are other options for them ranging down the scale to 0 if they so chose. Behavior is great and normal with appropriate basking time of about 3 to 5 hours a day, their choice.
So the question is that I am using supplements particularly D# as standard for 2 a month. I use standard supplement schedule calcium/pollen every feeding except 4. Alternating D# and multi vit with beta-carotene.
Should I decreases my D3 given the high range UVB I am providing ?

I'd want to know the UVI readings of your setup before weighing in on that.

Can you post pics?

So first "You need a solometer" is an acceptable answer, and it is the next purchase. I am using Mega Ray so for now I use their standards, which I have seen tested quit a bit . So pretty solid, but not 100%

Images are deceptive. but in the side view, with the window, the light is 13 inches from the top of her crest. Straight line distance to wall is 32 inches from edge of bulb.
A Line drawn to the bottom of the lower basket is 42in.
