Should I change my UVB?

I heard that I have to chage my UVB light every 6month mine is little older than that so should i cage my UVB light(bulb) it works great and light up like normal ones but the problem is my chameleon is not shedding normaly(like he doesnt shed for 3month and his shedding now but his shedding really slowly the 1/3 of his tail is done shedding but rest of his body doesnt even shed_)
or is it because it was bin cold ?

Everything about your UVB bulb will look normal when it's not putting out any UVB. It is wise to change it every 6 months unless you have a UV meter to check it.

I change every 6mo as well.
