Should I be worried?

So, for the past couple days my male panther has had a small spot on his left side that has remained the same orange colour. It is one of his natural colours, but I’m starting to be concerned, as it hasn’t changed for days. Thoughts?

Well, now below it he has a dark green spot. (He’s a sort of mix between yellow and green body so he switches between the two, often green back to yellow underside)

How you had your husbandry reviewed before? I am noticing signs of metabolic bone disease (MBD) in his elbows. Incorrect care can lead to lots of health issues including weird coloring. Please fill out this form with as much info as possible: https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/how-to-ask-for-help.66/
Yes, Leo had severe MBD when he was younger, and his elbows were deformed, but he recovered and is showing all the signs of a healthy, active chameleon. I have had my husbandry reviewed and fixed during that time. What health issues would create weird colouring like that?
