I agree with Syn, shes trying to get help for a Chameleon. It wasn't her fault that her Nosy died. Things happen, and this thread is for her getting information about shipping the reptile. I know you said not meant for attacking, but it seemed like it. Good work Syn for helping this Chameleon! Good luck!

Shipyourreptiles doesn't deliver to a PO Box (For those of you who don't use a PO Box, they do have an area in back for larger boxes to be stored), and it took them until today to inform me of this.. This is VERY annoying..

So now I might not get the box until Monday or later, a week after I ordered it.

Unfortunately the chameleon was not there when I went to go get her today. She has either departed or been adopted.
I am very upset. I can't believe my misfortunes with SYR.

Ok Syn let's do the down and dirty fast way so you can get it done.

1 buy a small styrofoam cooler,
2 buy a box, home depot, ect the cooler will fit into
3 take a pencil a put maybe 8 holes in the cooler
4 put cooler into box, fill excess space with crushed newspaper
5 get a bowl that the cham will fit in comfartably in.
6 hot glue a stick about 1 inch from the bottom of the bowl
7 put bowl in cooler without lid
8 add more newspaper around bowl to hold it still
9 put several small holes in the top of the bowl
10 put chameleon in bowl
11 put lid on bowl
12 close and seal box
13 mark box FRAGILE & PERSHABLE and this side up with arrows showing up.
14. go to post office and overnight it to whoever, tell post office it is a live animal and GET a Tracking number.

I would like to state that i am sorry for unintentionally disputing that Lance would know more than any other senior on this thread. I meant no disrespect towards others when saying that Lance knows what he is doing, i only said that because in my interaction with Lance he has always guided me the right way. Laurie stated 14 easy steps and i would like to say i am sorry to her, i in no way meant to insiuate that Lance knows more than her.
