Shedding...

I have a 6 week old Veiled, shedding for the first time since I have had him. This is my first cham, so my question is, how long does it usually take for them to complete their shedding? I noticed some white spots at about 5:00 this evening, and within an hour his skin was peeling off everywhere! It's been about 4.5 hours now and he is done. Is this quicker than normal? I have never had a lizard of any kind shed so quickly...

When Butter was a baby, it was like he would burst from his shed ! Now, at 6 months, it takes longer.

Clyde has been shedding various parts of his body for over a week now. The back of his head shed last week, today the top of his head started. His legs also started today.

Remember, a shedding chameleon is a healthy chameleon!
