Shedding?

So my chameleon has started the shed yesterday and today I saw her eat a piece of that shed off her tail is this gonna do something to her?

Nope. It's fine. Some do it; some don't. It may be related to a deficiency or nothing at all.
Nothing to be concerned about.

Just watch her with this... Sometimes with the tail they will actually grab the tail and injure it while they are attempting to pull the shed off.
