Shedding

my female panther cham has started to shed for the first time since I had her. She isn’t eating as much as normal she started yesterday morning still got loose shed on her around her feet tail and body. Is this normal or is there anything I can do to help my female friend

Totally normal, do not intervene. How well she sheds on her own is a good indicator of the overall health of your Cham. The only time you should help her is if she gets a stuck shed around a limb and it is cutting off circulation to a limb. These are known as “cuffs,” search it on this forum to learn more...

Thanks I’ve just got back from work and she’s fine and has had 5 brown crickets and 5 locust all the shed has come off fine
