Hi need some advice plz my Chameleon has shed her skin or so I thought which has been going on a couple of weeks I thought it was over but have noticed this afternoon that she seems to be doing it all over again is this normal ? Thanks

As she looks closer to an adult, its normal for them to shed in sections, which can make it appear they are constantly shedding.

We've had her for about 2 months the previous owners said she was about 7 months old so is she reaching adulthood ?

adulthood is about a year old on, however, they can start the adult shedding process sooner.

I hope you have an egg bin in with her.

Getting back to the shedding, she had nearly shed completely that's what I thought then this afternoon she turned white practically all over her body then started rubbing herself on leaves and branches to like scratch the skin off

I will be setting one up for her tomorrow as I have found a couple of eggs already :)

For future reference, she should have access to a lay bin 24/7. to prevent that from happening. also, once you put it in (which I suggest doing at night and asap) let her be until shes done.

that's typical behavior, a lot of chams rub themselves on things to remove skin. its totally normal.

Do I put lay bin at bottom at back of viv so she has some privacy ?

Yes. and it needs to be at lest 12 inches deep, filed with washed playsand or organic dirt, and wet enough she can dig, but dry enough its not a puddle, it has to be able to hold a tunnel
