Shedding

I came home from work yesterday to find that my juvie panther (~5 months old) apparently had shed while I was gone. He has a little patch on his nose still, but I saw larger chunks of skin throughout the cage. I was wondering if shedding this quickly is normal, and if I should leave the bit on his nose to come off naturally...he's pretty shy still and I don't want to traumatize him.

WHen young, they can shed in a matter of hours.

and dont pull it off.

it could damage the skin underneath.

just up his mistings and humidity for a few days it should come off on its own
