shedding like crazy

my CoeChi is shedding ; which I heard indicates growth? But, what can I do to make him more comfortable? I have been spraying my hands with vitimine E soulable in water and letting it dry then scratching him, and he loves it, seems to releave his dryness that takes place while sheeding.
Dpes anyne know if water soulable vitimin E or a little aloe plant rubbed on would do Harm?
I have bought that sheeding Ease from Petsmart but it's onnly vitimin e in a water base, which is what I make and spray on my hands to handel my CoeChi boy.
Ever hear of this being harmfull to a Cham?

When my guys shed the only thing I do it provide extra long and very warm mistings.

Do not scratch him!!! You can damage his skin. Just give him an extra misting to keep up the humidity, that's all you need to do.
