Shedding behavior?

I noticed Picasso shedding today, he never has any issues, or never seems to. I usually get home from work and find pieces of his shed in the cage, and he's clean, no left over pieces hanging on.

I just happen to be home today, and I walked into the room, and found him shedding. Nothing really too concerning going on, except he's biting the vine that he's climbing on, almost like he's trying to tear pieces of the vine off. Is this normal behavior when they're shedding? Just seems a little weird to me.

I have never seen such a thing with my 4 chams so it might not be normal.

But I do notice that they are quite annoyed when shedding so maybe he took it out on the vine...haha
You could also tell us how much you feed him so as to rule out being hungery.

He gets about 10-12 crickets a day, along with a wax worm snack at least every other day. I keep a very close eye on him when I'm home, and he's never done this before. He does look frustrated right now though!

I was just checking out why a Cham would be biting on rocks and this popped up. She was shedding today and I caught the weirdo munching on some river rocks lol. They're too big for her to ingest, by the way. but maybe this is a certain behavior while they're shedding
