I seen my melleri digging in the flower pot .. i dont know for sure but i hope he/she isnt gravid as i am not prepared, is there any way to figure out if the eggs the are fertile or not? i know they may mold over but is there any other way?..she hasnt laid anything yet but i just want to be prepared.
im going to set up a laying bin to be sure ...oh man...

If you post a picture someone on the forum may be able to tell you if they're fertile or not.
You can use any type of tupperware-type container that is deep enough for an inch of barely moist coarse grained vermiculite (with an inch of "head room") to incubate them in. Just place them somewhere where the temperature will be in the right rangs.

Yeah i know the procedure and have recently been seeing how to incubate the eggs lately the eggs should be solid white if fertile and theres no sayin' because shes WC.. I can get a steady supply of vermiculite from a nearby pet store. I am actually hoping they are fertile so i can atleast get a chance to get some mellers into the world but it isn't likely do you know the incubation times for them (Im getting 4-5 months at a steady 77 degrees (25c)

I been on that site in fact i went straight to that site 2 weeks advance of getting my melleri but those temps etc are out of The Chameleon Handbook

They confirm everything ive already known im not going to buy a melleri and not look at how to take care of it. its hard to sex melleri so i of course looked at the egg laying/breeding section to. I probably shouldve posted this in the breeding section because i already know what i need to know and wasnt really asking for info, i own some chameleon books and they say verbatim to what ive already said
