sexing morio beetles?

is there a way to sex a superworm or the beetle after it pupates or do you just pupate a lot and hope that some are female?

From what I've heard just throw em together in the substrate and wait it out...

yeah thats what i figured...i guess the odds of them all being the same sex are slim to none, but it would suck to wait several weeks to find out they didnt lay anything
