Can anyone help me confirm sex? I’ve been told too many of both. He will be 4 months old on November 24th 2017. I paid for a male. But so many others are saying female. Please help!

Yes. The breeder I bought him from said he hatched on 7.24.17. His body is about as long as my ring finger.

4 grams at 4 months! That seems way off. Mine was 69 grams at 4 months, and was showing obvious signs of male. I’ve heard of slow growers, but 4 grams is like hatchling size.
4 grams is hatchling size. He seems very small, who is the breeder? Are you sure that there was not a mistake that he hatched in July?

4 grams is hatchling size? I had 2 clutches with all having 0.4-0.5 gram hatchlings except one egg having a 0.6 gram baby. My 3 months olds were 7-9 grams. So mine also were heavier than the thread owners baby, but we should not exaggerate by saying "4 grams is hatchling size", which might really concern the owner unnecessarily.

Sorry, messed up. Point is, that is still small. Sorry for the confusion.

Hey I purchased rbbb female (paid $300) off breeder that's small. Upon getting direct with this person they openly admitted to genetic disorders however made no claim that mine had it. The breeder did assoc lack of growth with being raised in a group setting. Some of the babies lack the ability to thrive, and the blamed growth in diet or calcium. However, I am seeing a different since I put her in full size cage verse the container recommended by the breeder. Rbbb seem to be carriers for disorders. I have a breeder friend of mine had a wild caught just up and passed suddenly.

Wild caughts can pass away very easily unfortunately. In my opinion, $300 is too much for a chameleon that could have genetic problems, and comes from a small breeder that does not have a reputation with many people. $300 is something you should pay for a breeder with a good reputation with many people. Just some advice for the future. Why would RBBB's be carriers for genetic problems? If you don't inbreed and there are no different problems in genetics, then you should not have problems with genetics. Just curious with what you mean. Happy Chameleon Keeping, and Happy New Year!!!:):p:D:p:D:)
