The cage is 36-18-40in. Pine 2-4 cut in half to 2-2s. Plastic coated hardware cloth. The wood is waterproofed. 3in wood screws, staples to hold cloth. Around 100 dollars to make. Lights are on a timer. I use the mistking starter system with a zoo med big dripper.

Hope you like....

Very cool. I am building a cage this summer for Rebel. I wanted to ask...where did you get the plastic coated wire and how big are the holes. I am not too worried about feeders escaping because I cup feed. I just want it to be easy on Rebels feet and not rust. Also, what did you waterproof the wood with? I live in an tower apartment with no outdoor space so my cage is going to be built at a friends who has a car port and then assembled in my apartment so dry time is not that big a deal..

I am impressed that you are only 16 and are doing such a great job caring for your chameleons...:D

If your Chams are happy, thats all that matters! It loooks like you provided great enclosers!!! Rex being spoiled is proof of your great work:D

Thank you guys. He is sure spoiled. He only goes to sleep if I massage his shoulders. If I'm not there idk how he makes it. ;) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1368146104.473685.jpg

I used 1-2 inch plastic hardware cloth. My bad. I got it at Home Depot. It wont rust cause its plastic. And used thompsons water seal.

Yeah, getting into chams isn't easy as a jobless teen. I built this 2x3x4 when I was about 14. Now I just have a 2x2x4 from lll. That was for my fist Cham, unfortunately he died because the breeder had me using rep-cal with D3 6 days a week. I ended up selling everything, and then I decided I wanted to try another nosy be so I rev ought everything but with a 2x2x4 and an Aquazamp. Btw, I'm 17 now. Here's a pic of the cage I built and my current setup.
