Last fall, which was my first fall season with Eustis my Jackson’s, and this fall to, i noticed that Eustis become much less active and goes to bed earlier than normal. He doesn’t go immediately to sleep but I can tell he’s sleepy. I turn off lights at around 7 pm but he’s in his sleeping spot by 4 pm acting sleepy but not fully asleep. I’ve worried about it a little but I remember he did it last year as well. He’s eating well and pooping and all the things and I have wondered if this is his reaction to temps being cooler and winter coming in shortly. I’m not sure what it’s like in Africa for Jackson’s or even hawaii where he likely came from but I think he is feeling the change. Now last year he did this for maybe 3 weeks and then he started being more active and climbing around and going to his sleeping spot at a more normal time. This fall he’s still less active and going to his sleeping spot early but I’m watching and taking note and we will see how long it lasts this fall. There are no other signs of I’ll health at this time.
