So i know i ask alot of questions but im not getting alot of answers to everyone thats helped thank you!

So one last screen viv ive found is the 100 gallon flexarium by exo terro
76 x 42 x 122 cm

weve Never had a screen viv , live in the uk. wanting to put live plants in and lots of branches and jungle vines,
How ever our yemen called Rio is about 4/5 months old!

By partener thinks this is way to big but we dont want to make a mistake and freak him out, ive seen the enclosure thread and most of the cages are 3ft ish are we going to big?

PLEASEEEE HELP!

Not sure how those measurements relate to inches - is it the 4ft high one? Personally I would go with either the Reptibreeze or Muji screen cages. The zips on the flex's have been known to break and the mesh is really thick and dark. I have one that a friend gave me but I will use it as an outdoor cage in the summer. Also where the frame is put together and then mesh put on over the frame and zipped up it doesn't feel to me to be as stable as the other types. I certainly wouldn't get any lighting on the top. I have also heard of crickets chewing their way out too.

In inches this is 30x16x48... and I agree with everything above. I got my first cham from another family and I inherited her cage as well... it was one of those flexariums and it had holes on the top where the heat lamp had burned through. It's a huge pain to zip and unzip.

ah man im torn, i carnt seem to find these muji one an the repibreeze ive heard are awfull! Doesnt seem to be a viv that doesnt have a problem!
its the 4ft one yeah,
ive heard about the crickets too. And the heat lamp i was goign to have on a stand and hang it above.

do you guys have any other reccomedtions ?
stuck in a serious rut witha growing cham :/

Amazing thank you,
what size would you reccomed for a male yemen?
did you have to email them to order it?
so the pro-flo does it have a removable tray in the bottom of it ?

The pr flo is a flat base taht screws on and the hydro flo base is basically like a shower tray that the cage sits on top of. You then make the hole inthe miffle to create your drainage. They do online ordering but I am in contact with them via facebook. I paid for Monty's viv and collected it at a reptile show in Portsmouth, but they do post them out too. The cages come flat packed. I would say the larger the better for a male veiled, but he isn't fully grown yet. You may be better off going for an 18 x 18 x 36 for now and upgradfing to the 24 x 24 x 48 at a later stage. The only concern with a larger cage and smaller cham is the issue of whether they can find food easily. Does he cup feed at all or do you free roam the feeders. If you can get him cup feeding then position it under a vine or branch so he can look down into it. When I brought my baby female Veiled hom a few years ago I put a cup in thre for her and removed it that night and the next morning she was sat where I had placed it the day before waiting for her food! It can take some a bit longer to take to cup feeding though.
