Screen cages from LLL

Those of you that own screen cages from LLL, does the bottom portion open? It doesn't say on their site. Just wanted to know before I make a purchase. Thanks.

It does open.. funny .. I had the same question before I bought my first one. I now have about 20.

Yeah it helps a lot with cleaning. You can just slide the PVC bottom out and not drop all the stuff that is on it.

I made my own - but I did not want that funny little swing open door. I wanted a full size, 2' x 3' front door. Doesn't add to the strength of the cage like the mini door does, but I can slide a plan in or out without trouble.

Only bad thing is it makes it hard to place the cage in a drain of sorts - door has to swing open, so if it's in a tray, it don't open... doh.

We built our two screen cages for our veileds so we decided to build again (for our girl on they way!) with a few modifications. We figure spend half the money and they're fun to build! Thanks for the replies though!
