Scratching

I have a female mt. Meru and she keeps scratching her side with her back legs? I was wondering if any one has ever seen this kinda thing. She's always had problem. Like she can't extend her tongue but iv always kept her healthy. Repti sun and the right supplements, good water. Any one ever see this

I see them do that when they are about to shed.
Maybe that's all it is!!??
