Schefflera for Babies?

Would it be ok to house a less than 3 month old veiled in an enclosure with a big plant such as schefflera, ficus, or hibiscus? Would it be better to just have a more plain enclosure?

you want plants in the cage, fake or real.

the baby needs to feel safe by knowing thye can hide.

empty/plain cages are not good.

You just need to make sure the cage isn't overly big. Most people stick to 18x18x36 for baby cages, then go to the moon as they get older. More plants the better, lots of places to hide and spots in the cage that are cooler/more humid for his thermoregulation.

As long as he can find his food its fine. 3 months isn't a hatchling so less of a worry with tiny feeders.
