Scefflera Arboricola, "Renate"?

After checking out this amazing site for days I'm finally posting. So my brother went to a nursery and gave me what looks like a Schefflera but then I looked closer and noticed it's leaves are "rippled" unlike a regular Arboricola that I see. He didn't know much about it other than it is a Schefflera and I knew even less.

I'm in the process of setting up an enclosure and I would like to use this plant but need more info on it before I do. I looked on this site and on google but can't seem to find more information. From what I have been able to gather this plant is a Schefflera Arboricola "Renate", and from what I know the Arboricola is a "safe plant" but whats the word on this "Renate"??

It's been bugging me since I seen it, can someone tell me more about this plant?

It didn't cross my mind at the time to take some pictures of it so here are some links with pictures of this "Renate".

You may have the other common type of Scefflera. It is considered unsafe for your cham by some plant lists.

I was afraid of that. I'm still not completely sure about it but I'm not going to risk anything over a $12 plant.. And it was a perfect size to, oh well. Appreciate the reply.

Anyone else have some input?
