we were at a garage sale today - there was a whole box of these - as soon as I spied them, I knew they would be PERFECT for shaking out bugs I don't cook very much ( when we built our house, it only has a kitchen because Dave said it would look funny without one - he knew I would never use it except to make coffee ) so when ever I see a kitchen item - my brain automatically converts it to a chameleon item I have so many different size chams, so I have to make up so many separate feed cups up, and I put everything in deli cups, but when I try to dump it in the feed cups, they jump all over - NOT ANY MORE just thought I'd share this handy tip I think you can also get these at the store - lol

This is a wonderful idea. Just the other day I bought a bowl like this:

At petsmart, it is for parrots for good or water.

Well it has this handy clamp that you can attach to the side of your cage or clamp onto a stick or something in the cage. The best part is the bowl part just twists off for easy clean and the crickets can't escape from it unless they jump but they seem pretty content in there so far.

Thanks for the good idea on filling up my new food bowl!
