Sagging lips?

Our cham has MBD and due to this is not eating a lot. ( most of you know her from this other thread https://www.chameleonforums.com/please-help-poss-impaction-veiled-female-67257/ but I haven't gotten any comments regarding this issue) She is eating some on her own still. For the last several days her lip has been sagging and has gotten progressively worse. Please advise.

This is the photo from two days ago. I have another but don't have it uploaded yet. I'm starting to feel worn down from all of the care for her and she is improving from her MBD, but now this...

You've been pulling on the skin on her chin to open her mouth and now it's bruised. With her resisting when you do that I'm sure her lip and chin is sore. It may just be that she's sore and bruised. I'd give it time to see if it goes back to normal. That in itself isn't something you can do anything about really. If you need to open her mouth I would use a soft spatula to gently wedge between her teeth so she'll open it instead of pulling on the skin since it's bruised. Glad she's doing a lot better otherwise!
