Is a Russian Vine safe to put in a panther chameleon cage ?

It is non toxic, animals graze on it. The better question is, do you know where can I buy some in the US? I've been looking for some for awhile. Most nurseries won't sell something considered a weed. I have a thing for invasive species.

I can order seeds off e-bay, but I'd rather have some rhizomes. I'd pay you to send me some.
