Maybe I misunderstand your plans, but I wouldn't keep a pair of rudis chameleons in a cage that small. Consider one animal for now and when you have that one figured out, then get another cage and the opposite sex.
Check the Resources tab at the top of any page and there's a good non-toxic plant list there.
Your temperatures and humidity are good. I'd offer a small basking spot on the cage. Room temperature throughout the cage does not offer any kind of choice for your animal. It can't escape the heat if it wants, nor can it warm up if your room is too cold.
I can't answer the supplements question as I don't use the same thing(s) as everyone else. Other people will offer advice on this, but yes, calcium and vitamins need to be given to rudis chameleons.
