well basically ive got everything but i want some stuff for him to climb on such as rope or something im not sure what will be to thin or to thick for him hell be about 2 months old i think around that age any way...is wire such as the sort you use on a washing line to thin? the reason ive been thinking this is because im sure he will fall off the plants because there not exactly strong especially if he weighs a bit:| so im ab it worried he might fall off lol

I got a combination of corkscrew willow which I cut from a tree for free and the fake bendable vines you can get

i see i see wont any old branches do aslong as you give them a good clean

willow seems good because its quite smooth bark which doesn't really flake but then I don't really know much yet!

Oak, Elm, fruit tree branches and various others are all safe to use.
You should indeed give them a good clean.

Grown up Ficus benjamina has a strong branch. Hibiscus also.
You can try buying the older version of them and trim them as needed.
Make sure you give 24-48 hours drying time for ficus to avoid the milky sap irritating your chameleon(s).

Get lots of varying sizes so he gets a good grip exercise - and yes give it a good clean, there are FAQ's in this forum on how to clean, disinfect, and bake branches to kill anything and everything in it for use....

i have noticed he also climbes the screen which is cool what do you mean by the drying time? Sorry, im a bit lost because of the misting etc

sure. no problem.
When you trim ficus benjamina, a milky sap will ooze out of the plant.
This is what makes Ficus mildly toxic.
The sap can be irritating to your chameleon skin and eyes.
So, keep it out of your chameleon's cage about 1 to 2 days until the milky sap dried and stop oozing out.
