Roach Food

I have now made my own gutload thanks to sandrachameleon but I wondered how suitable the roach food I was buying before was to use. I have a breakdown of the contents. Opinions please.

Protein Mix

Protein: 26% + 8.9%
Fat Content: 14%
Moisture: 8%
Calcium 1%
Phosphorus: 0.6%
Carbohydrates: 13%
Fibre: 18%
Salt: Trace

Additives: Vitamin A, D E

Also contains trace elements of Zinc, Phosphate etc
